This is one thing I find really annoying about this forum, we are all here for information, whether it be good or bad reviews. Just first hand experience with any given product or service provider but the over zealous rules regarding giving anyone or anything a bad rap inhibits people to much.
You said you have damage but wont even state what that damage is??? Why is that???
I for one would like to know given I use the same product for remote travel and need/want to know if there are in fact any problems with said product before they may or may not leave me stranded miles from anywhere...

Rant noted. You are correct that this forum is about sharing ideas and information, whether bad or good and please don't get the idea I am about to rubbish a product or hide my opinion of it due to being over zealous.

I think it would be just be more appropriate at this stage to speak directly to the distributor about it and then offer feed back to the greater population once I have more information.

Whilst the rules of the forum can sometimes be annoying and frustrating to all parties, and sometimes hard to understand, we need to abide by them as part of the condition of use. As for the the TuffAnt wheels we will stand behind them 100% and damage, issues or questions people have we have always and will back. I think that anyone that has dealt with us will agree also.
