I had pondered the same thing Mike..... do you know exactly which components are different in the suspension?

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most

2015 TDV6 D4.... the latest project... Llams, Traxide, Icom 455, Tuffant Kimberleys and Mofos.... so far.
2012 SDV6 SE D4 with some stuff... gone...
    2003 D2a TD5...gone...
    2000 D2 V8...gone...

Thanks for all of the input. wow, it gets a bit scary when you actually see what a few of your D4s weigh once all the goodies are added on. I have not worried about it too much before as my other car is a Cruiser 79 series dual cab and it just keeps swallowing stuff and wanting more. However no reason not to go for it with the Disco as its not in my genes to leave a car standard. Might think about discarding the seats as suggested.

    GVM Increase

    Hi Tombie,
How much is the GVM increase with the Armoured Suspension. Do you know how much it costs to do?

    Cheers Gary.

    Hi Guys,

Attached is a spreadsheet that I developed to calculate the total weight of my D4 and also the distribution between front and Rear Axles.

    Cheers

That's good, thanks for sharing. Fuel doesn't seem to be included? Or is the empty vehicle on weighbridge assuming full tank?

    Cheers,
