Non-delivery of products & services | ACCC

Document your interactions (failed or otherwise), send a letter of demand (for your products) via registered post, then go thru the attached motions.

The mind boggles when it comes to some suppliers. It really does.

I feel for you guys with stuff outstanding. It has happened to too many people.

I had to demand immediate action otherwise going to Consumer Affairs to get my issue resolved a few years ago.

I just wish he’d stop transacting and hand over the supply of Compo to someone else.
The level of service seems unacceptable and while I appreciate the family issues, business is business

So am I close to the line?
I was just wondering if there was any other way to contact or if I have even managed to get through to them,we are having horrific problems with the mobile telephone system in s.a. Atm and that is basically how I conduct all business now, but it now looks like there is a pattern, so without me wanting to get more aggressive in chasing this down,..
I might be cooked...
