It will no doubt get worse and then it will be easier to diagnose. Lenny at Rovertech, who does most of the work on my aging car (280,000km), is pretty good at diagnosing stuff when there is enough evidence. If they are guessing there is obviously nothing actually wrong that they are worried about yet.

Thanks Bob. Good advice. Lenny went for a ride but wasn't certain, so it can't be too bad. All the injectors are reading within spec, three older ones distinctly different to the three new ones, but still within spec. Also, driving around town is no worries. So I think I'll just keep driving it for a time and see how it goes. Either that or up grade to a 4......
