I'm fitting them to my bike, I bought the STEDI H7 LEDs but they don't fit in the headlight housing thankfully I found some that are specific to my bike, I'm waiting on them to arrive also.

We have a Golf so I might see if the STEDI LED fits in it, Golfs are H7 also, I'll be interested to hear how your's works out.
    Cheers Baz.

Stedi does also do adaptors for H7 globes e.g for VW. I checked before I ordered and their standard H7 fitting should fit. The heat sinks should fit in behind the dust seals. I believe the led H7s will work nicely, they also have CANBUS cancellation built in...

Baz, I have them in the Alfa and they are very good. The flexible heat sink strips meant that the whole thing fitted without any holes in the headlight cap.

I am contemplating converting my halogen main globes to HID. I have a MY14 D4 which uses the same globe and a shutter to switch between low & high beams (so the globe stays continually lit). This should avoid the startup delay of HIDs when switching beams.

    Less than $100 for a 42" bar.

Long range, fills the area beyond the standard beams which avoids near area over brightness which can add to fatigue.

I did mine a while ago & have been very happy with the results.
No Car Config software change was needed & I carry the old halogens as spares if I need to revert to them.

Hi Scott, that's good news, my STEDI has the canbus cancel box so I'll need to make sure it fits first

We fitted HIDs to our Amarok(H7 Halogen globes also) they work very well, if we were doing this again though I'd probably go LED.
    Cheers Baz.
