    D4 LED Light Bar Recommendations?

I'm aware that the D4 hih beam headlights are pretty good, but thinking of adding one of those combination long/short intensity LED light bars Onto the bull bar that are a combination of good short distance lighting and some long distance as well. It is about 800 mm between the two vertical bull bar supports.

    Any recommendations?

I did recently see an ad for Bush Ranger Night Hawk VLI? that I think you can mix and match and/or put lens covers over to get the sort of spread/intensity you want.

A 40" bar fits almost perfectly between the front of long roof rails. A great spot but I the wind noise was horrific so I took it back off.

    You are kidding, right?

The high beams on my D4 are crap - among the worse of any vehicle I have owned.

A set of FyrLyt Nemesis 9000 spotties fixed that !

Got to agree. The halogen lights on my MY14 D4 were/are disappointing to day the least...

+1 for Stedi I've got their gear on my D4 and on my m'bike. Great stuff.
Just fitted their universal led fog lights in the bullbar the other day (not shown in the photo attached).

The D4 std halogen H7 infill lights are rubbish. Stedi do a great direct led swap for the H7 bulbs using their Copperhead system. I'll be fitting them soon.

I run the factory BiXenon low beams on mine, they are better than the std halogen low beams by far.

I run a single row led low profile light bar between the two uprights of the ARB bullbar, set back from the front edge by about 50mm.

This light nicely fills the gap between the high beam lights and has about 500-600m reach forward of the car. Plenty of light.

40” curved on the roof attached to the rack.
Long range, fills the area beyond the standard beams which avoids near area over brightness which can add to fatigue.

Looks like I was misinformed about high beam.
Haven't been ex city yet, so was relying on anecdotal comments.

I have a winch. so can't use the same location, and don't want a roof mounted one, so guess I'm looking at a 32 inch or less between the main bull bar uprights - remembering that technically you are not allowed to see the bar interfering with your over bonnet view.
