They have broken some of the clips. You need to replace all of the clips with new ones. Pretty easy to do.
I had a crack after some hardcore 4wd when car almost new. Windscreen replaced then the plastic on the sides makes serious wiring noise / comes off with truck going past in other direction ever since. Been back to windscreen replacer several times since and still problem. Only one supplier in Sa so no alternative. Open to suggestions.. is the plastic surrounds causing problem.

Your local OBriens should be able to sort you out. Yes all the clips need to be replaced when the screen is done. Also check if the screen is set right in the frane. I had one set too low, had noise across the top edge and the lower cowl didnt fit properly. All sorted now though.
When 12 months old the windscreen on my MY13 D4 HSE cracked in spectacular fashion after a large stone was flicked up by a truck going the other way. Dealer replaced the screen but were a bit lazy re the clips.... Even after the clips were replaced by the dealer the plastic side bits still vibrate when at speed and sound like a swarm of angry bee's. I gave up and just turn up the music volume...
I had my windscreen replaced quite recently and today was the first real 110 km/hr test. Amazing buzz type noise from front gave me a fright at first then had me thinking the roof platform was the culprit. But it has been there for a while!
The windscreen re placers, 'Glass Assist' southside Brisbane assured me the clips were ok and seemed to put the screen perfectly in place. Now I'm suspicious and will check as best I can tomorrow.
cheers, Neil
The other culprit could be the black aluminium infil strips on the roof channels, heading down to the glass, these can come loose in time. I glued mine down with white silicone after fitting my Rhino Platform. Had a new screen fitted after that, no issues re old screen removal or any trim bits not fitting.
I had the same issue following a windscreen replacement, even after I fitted new clips I still had it. I found that the A pillar clip locations had been pulled out by removal of the trim stopping the trim fitting tight to the screen and pillar. To cure this I tapped the A pillar clip locations down flat again and refitted the trim, perfect now and a pleasure to drive with no wind noise or swarm of bees. Nick

Make sure you replace ALL of the clips with genuine LR ones. The white ones that most windscreen replacement shops use (or which you can buy at Supercrap Auto) are rubbish and not up to the job. The Land Rover original clips are yellow and are only a couple of dollars for a set. I learnt the hard way too - and now carry a spare set in the glovebox ready for the next time I need a windscreen replaced (I will remove and replace the black plastic dress strips / covers myself).
