Ivr got the Stedi universal fog lights on the D4, no DRL. I reckon theyre great and way better than the factory 55w'ers. Each to their own i guess. Never had an issue with Stedi, good gear IMHO, ive got their lights on my m'bike too.

Yes, I have looked at lights in the links you posted, in that second group of 3 links, the "E-marked" ones are the only ones that have adjustment. I am looking at this as well and I think vertical adjustment would be good, mine will be going into an OL bar, so something to consider.
powerful_uk_ltd have four offerings of DRL and Fog combinations:

FOG-923MKR in the bottom right corner are the ones to avoid as "The DRL marker function on these lamps are low-intensity LEDs (0.5w) and more for cosmetic purposes".
I asked them if they particularly favour or recommend any one of the other three over the others based on build quality and performance, and this was their response:
Of note is FOG923-WIN is also E Marked and has an alignment adjustment screw. Pricing is the same as the other E Marked model at around AUD $230.00 delivered. To be honest, all of these items have a similar quality level - we haven't had reports of difficulties with any of the types we sell.
I would say the most popular option is our part number FOG923-WIN if that helps at all. Please see below:

These are listed for a few models but will fit the LR4.
Kind Regards
Rachel
But the biggest advantage I can see with the FOG923-WIN model is that it has the built in DRL controller which the others don't:
The DRL function needs 2 wires connecting into your electrical system: A positive ignition feed and a positive feed from your headlight wiring (to switch DRL off when headlights are turned on).
Scotch lock wiring connectors are supplied for simple installation - see photos for wiring diagram.

With the E Mark and built in DRL controller I'd suggest that these would be one of the best options to replace the factory standard fog lights.

I did check the online table for model suitability and it indicates not suitable, but if the person you were talking to says they fit then I agree, the DRL controller is the clincher, no relays to mount. I must say I prefer the look of the FOG923-RNG, and from the shear volume of LED's think they might be higher vis, which is what this is all about, maybe a quick question to Rachel, but I think this will do me.

One of my mates recently fitted a DRL / foglight kit to his Range Rover Sport, not sure where he bought the kit but they put out so much noise when they are on it can be heard through his CB radio and it disrupts the DAB radio reception as well.
I'll have to ask him which ones he bought next time I see him...

They come with double sided adhesive tape already installed on both sides of the LED strips Scott. I was skeptical at first, but it actually works very well - I have had these on for a while now and there has been no sign of lifting. When I installed them, I pulled the headlights out and cleaned them with alcohol, and then stuck the LED strips on before re-installing the headlights. I also removed the double sided adhesive tape from the side of the LED strips that was not going to be stuck to anything.
