Unjam by IID did not work sadly just more screeching so may need to dive into the EPB box
Best news is the teeth are protected by a safety ratchet slip mechanism in this excellent description by TopEndThom - https://www.aulro.com/afvb/l319-disc...ixed-situ.html
I used a Brodit clip plus magsafe mount to add this mount for wireless charging.
Holds pretty securely and gets my phone out of the cupholder where I had it charging before. No plugging the charger in either
Just a pity the cable is a fixed length. If I can find a magsafe charger 'puck' the same size but with a connector or shorter cable I might change it over.
Sorry no photo with phone on mount 'cos I need to get another phone to take the photo [smilebigeye]

I’d cut and shut the cable. 2 power wires and 2 for USB-C PD negotiation. A bit of white heat shrink over the top and it’d look ok. Alternatively, put a floating lighter socket under the center console with the adapter in it and shove most of the cable out of sight. I did that with my CarPlay cable. 90% of it is behind the console next to the steering wheel and just a tail and plug poking out.
Anyone know if the flashing park brake light now I’ve manually disconnected it can be disabled via a fuse? Very annoying.
The wiring diagram shows the EPB module *is* connected to the cluster on a dedicated wire, so maybe.
Fusible link 8 in the engine bay box should drop power to the EPB module. Also Fuse 41 in the CJB supplies IGN to the EPB, so maybe hit up both. Worth a go anyway.
Was given some genuine LR wind deflectors so after cleaning the old tape off and applying new 3M tape I fitted them today.
