My D4 got a new battery. Have been getting the "Low Battery please start engine" message off and on for about a year now and lately it's been getting more frequent so decided to bite the bullet. Went with the Bosch LN5.

Finally fitted the new Hitch. Also cut out the cover so when not towing all the plugs and air lines are not showing.

Refuelled the D3 - fuel economy at a new low and is down into the 6’s.......

....that is 6 litres per week.

    Great to be in Victoria.....not!

On the positive side, only 2 more refills until Christmas.

Ordered a full set of replacement brake lines from AF UK. Figured after nearly 10years duty the original lines can be retired.

Attacked the rims with Bowdens Wheely Clean, then Force20.

Looks like it's clean enough to sell!

    What's force 20?

Will it clean off gutter rash?

I could be smart as say it supersedes Force 10 (which it does). However it is a Castrol product but they don't sell it under that name any more. I think it might now be Biotrans QB. It's a degreaser/detergent and like the Bowdens you spray on and hose off in less than a minute. Leave on too long and the paint disappears. See this link for a before and after. Swapping Sub-Forums

I did rub that with an old toothbrush though. Lanotec Citra-Force does the same thing. Unfortunately neither will help gutter rash.

I've used biotrans, your right it's no toy.
I thought force 20 must have been a wheel protection. Did you use it afterwards to get rid of the stubborn tar etc?

Mine are a bit neglected due to constant gutter rash. I should get them repaired

I was working in the trailer when the rain started. So I quickly reversed the trailer in the shed.. Left the tail gate up and smashed it into the brick work above my shed.

Bent the door hinges and the bottom corner of the door. Was able to repair it to get it to close will order new hinges on Monday.

It could be raining titties and I'd get hit with a dick!
