Genuine ex-UK. There is a decal kit available for $80 odd that looks remarkably good. I had a set but gave it to a mate when I decided to go genuine. When he fits them I’ll post pics.

So I got my Disco back from it's second lot of surgery in the last two weeks today. Last week it had the gearbox done, but on the way home it went into limp mode several times, then this week was the faulty mechatronics unit that they didn't do the first time as the gearbox was so shonky they thought it was the only problem, except it wasn't.
Unfortunately after driving over 100kms and very nearly within spitting distance of home the bloody limp mode kicked in again
So now what, it didn't do the flashing hazard lights as part of it's limp mode but still did 'Transmission fault' 'HDC fault' and 'park brake fault', plus possibly others, but I was a smidgen distracted by the traffic bearing down on me to take note of all of them.
On the positive side there is absolutely no shudder, no rev jumping and no other odd behaviour from the transmission, but I'll need to take it in and get the codes read with a hope of identifying what else might be wrong. This is becoming a very expensive hobby!!

SupporterDriving home from work yesterday, a few km's down the road I noticed a note flapping under the windscreen wiper, nearly had a heart attack thinking someone had damaged the D3 and I hadn't noticed. Luckily their bumper had only touched the tyre, hardly even left a mark, nice of them to leave a note though.

Can you read the codes? A good code reader is worth its wait in these situations.
