    Headlights not working

    Hi there
    Apologies for the basic question.
The headlights stopped working on my 2013 Disco 4. High beam and everything else still works. I think it's a blown fuse but the book is not clear which one does the headlights. I've tried checking a couple of fuses but all were ok. Can anyone advise what number fuse is for the headlights.
    Thanks in advance.

The headlights are not individually fused but check the 40A and 50A fusible links in the engine bay fuse panel as they supply the BCU which powers the headlights using transistors (FETs).

    Did you find the cause?

Unfortunately not. It must be one of the fuses in the dashboard panel. Ive checked and replaced fuses 49 & 50 which are listed as adaptive front lighting with no success.

The one 50A fuse supplies the dipped and main beams and fog lights, switched by the several FETs inside the BCU. If any of these lights are working then the 50A fuse is OK. If there is a short circuit on any 1 light/beam then the FET won't supply power to that light/beam but will to the same light/beam on the other side as there is 1 FET for each bi-xenon, high beam and fog light.

In case the light switch is the culprit...
Does high beam work when switching to high beam or only when flashed?
Do the parkers work with the light switch on parkers?

Does your vehicle have high-beam fill-ins or DRLs? I don't recall when DRLs replaced the fill-ins.
