D4 Goodyear Wrangler tyres - what mileage?

When we bought our D4 it had around 55,000 kms and was fitted with the tyres that were fitted as original equipment, Goodyear Wrangler HP All Weather M+S (255/55 R19 XL).

Our D4 currently has 91,000 kms and the tyres are down to about 2mm tread so I've been looking at replacements.

The D4 appears to have had a gentle life before I bought it, we don't tow and we mainly do highway kms since we don't use it for commuting, so .... could these be the original set of tyres? Would they do 90,000 kms?

They can last a long time with care, but I would suspect they're the second set. What's the spare like? If newish, then almost certainly second set as 91k kms would require regular rotation. Actually, you can check the date code on the tyres to give you an idea. How to tell exactly when a tyre was manufactured

Thanks, I was wondering where to find that ..... the 4 digits near the DOT line are 1717, so the 17th week of 2017, so they're the second set.

Must've been newish when we bought the D4.
