So, in theory, this would be a good replacement jack for the stupid scissor jack?
And also, in theory, it would fit under a car with a flat tyre, and raise the car high enough to change the said flat tyre.
    Correct?
    Does anyone have one????

We have one on our other 5 seater MY12 D4 TDV6. Along with the scissor jack. Not that I've actually had to use either, but I like it better especially if I needed to use on a trailer etc.

I don't see a place in the 7 seater for it to be stowed out of the way. Maybe on the passenger side when the tow bar tounge is not stowed?

Yep, it has a moulded place for storing in the foam:

What’s the minimum and maximum height for the bottle jack?

Bottle jack version goes under the suspension arm itself, and the claim is that its only suitable for Coil versions.

I use a bottle or trolley jack under mine, but have armor on each suspension arm.

It looks like there is a particular place for it but I can't tell from that picture where on the vehicle it is...

    No idea, sorry.

    The part number is
KAJ500151 and I believe the handle is
KAH500050 if that helps you at all.

Yes - I had picked up on that as well. Does the coil version have different suspension arms - and does this mean normally you should NOT use a bottle jack under the air version arms (unless you have protection like you have fitted)?

I don't know where that is either but it sure looks like a tyre edge next to it. Could this be from an earlier model or 5 seater versus 7 seater. My initial comment was from my having seen this discussion in previous threads over the last 7 years. If someone does find a place on a 7 seater I would like to know too. I don't have a tool kit container like that either.

    Regards,
    Martin
