Bad wheel Alignment or Control Arm Issue?

I'd suspect a bad wheel alignment, I've run LCAs with shot bushes and noticed no unusual tyre wear. I have had a bad alignment wear tyres ut very quickly. Even in Canberra, the roundabout capital, tyre wear requiring rotation on a D3 was less than on a D2 with solid axles and fixed camber and castor.

True enough but I now need new tyres before rego next month and wondering if the control arms will need to be replaced after I spend a motza on new tyres and a wheel alignment. The latest quote for the wheel alignment from another tyre shop was $168, so I assume this applies to doing it properly if it was not done so before. Any clues or advice is welcome.

Thanks to everyone who responded to this thread. The outcome was a new set of tyres all round inc spare and a wheel alignment that revealed nothing was out by much. Given the age of the control arm bushes the whole front LC arms will be replaced at the 100K service. Point taken on the restricted turning circle so I will rotate the tyres every 5K to ensure even wear. Ride on with the Land Rover experience!
