    missing clips

    Just had to pull the headlight switch panel off the D 4 to repair an electric brake controller and now I am missing the two bottom clips, I have been in with a magnetic wand and cannot find them so probably source new ones, does anyone know the part numbers. Also missing one from under the steering wheel but I think there was one here on an earlier post if I can find it.

    welcome to the club - I spent hours searching for one of those metal clips that sprung off the panel under the dash. I tried out some off ebay that looked similar but weren't a suitable replacement I ended up finding an unused one off the back underside of the front seat. I have the poverty pack so perhaps it's something to do with electric seats that's not used in my car.

    If you want to pay a small fortune for the item and even more for postage you can order spares from Land Rover Discovery 3 & 4 Interior Metal Spring Clip Spares (4 pc) (powerfuluk.com)

    Rimmer Bros British Automotive Parts and Accessories also have a wide selection of metal and pastic replacement clips.

    Thanks for that the under panel is being held up with one. And the headlight switch is held by one clip on top and two underneath. The ones on the headlight S/W are different from the ones under the steering wheel.

    Most of the dash panels there use clip FYC500040

    The headlight switch clips are is a bit tricky and I can't find those ones separately.

    Looks like they may come with the switch module (e.g. LR010876)
