D4 Oil Leak - Looks Passenger Side

    Hey guys,

2013 SDV6 3.0 - 181k on the clock and now noticed fair amount of oil coming out, looks to be near front passenger side. Oil level was at min, topped it up now and it's sitting half way.

Attached pics, any idea what this could be? Taking it to the mach but unsure if I tow or drive it the 30km

A common leak at the front is the “intake duct” LR014212 which is the part that is connected to the Y intake piece, aka the throttle body. The plastic fractures where the clips hold it on and it moves under boost and oil leaks out. Look for oil down the front of the engine.

If it is this, also get a new o-ring LR008353.

    Oil cooler

I've never had an oil leak on my Disco (MY10, 255k kms), until late last year.
The oil cooler let go (unsure of exactly where), but apparently this is a known fault location.
My mechanic changed the cooler, replaced the oil, and all good to go again...

Yeah true. This shows at the back of the engine as the V fills up and overflows.
