Totally removed the bullbar wiring and same result 🤬🤬😡

Not a total waste though - fixed up:

    - their really 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 crap job of soldering hiden under loose insulation tape - because it is so crap I am going to name them - Opposite Lock in Rothwell, Brisbane.
    - blue / white wire they had 🤬 damaged and just bloody left.
    - Also removed the O/L relay board and wired direct to the car lights.

now I am stumped - no idea what’s dimming those DLR lamps - looked at the circuit diagrams and can’t seem to find Daytime Running Lights (DLR) though?

Do D4 DRLs normally dim when the blinker is operating as occurs on some other brands?

Decided to follow Tim’s recommendation and measure the voltage.

STEP 1 find circuit diagram and that shows DRL is on Fuse 19 in P108 (refer circuit diag)
STEP 2 look in P108 and no fuse 19 ???.

So looks like my 2015 D4 does not have Drive Running Lamps - or does it?

How come they were working before I fixed the Bullbar lighting 🤔.

I am now as confused as a chameleon in a smartie pack!

Check if all the other lights including blinkers are working. If the cause is a poor connection at an earth stud then it's likely to affect other lights so if one doesn't work at all then that may make it easier to find the offending earth stud.

    Hi Graeme

All lights work OK even these ones - when starting with light sw on they come up bright for about 1/2 second and then dim to the crappy browny red - so I don’t think it’s wiring at all.

Can you confirm that the lights have previously worked at full brightness?
