The wheel aligner won't be happy. You have to take the wheel of to reset the camber on the rear, I had a good look when I put mine back together.. Can't see it happening with wheels on.

Right, so ordered parts on Monday from AF, they arrived today. May get the time over the weekend, but the weather is too nice so probably end up going for a decent motorbike ride instead.

Still haven't found any torque values for the upper arm bolts to contradict the 275Nm for the lowers, and the bolts look the same.

Will check the workshop manual again to be sure

Did you order bearings? If so, got all the kit needed to change them? I looked at it today and thought, stuff that

Same here DJ. No I didn't order new ones yet. I will check for any free play in the bearing hub etc when I do the arms, but at the moment no noise or grumbling (only from the wife 'cause spending too much on the car), or any other indication there's anything wrong with the bearings. Will cross that bridge when I get there. I have access to a press and the rest is just mechanical assembly.

My front left upper looked like that. Basically free floating pieces of metal and a few crumbs of rubber. Tells me the work was long overdue.
Replaced with OE front uppers. Did front and rear sway bar D bushes and the rear upper rear bushes were replaced with poly bushes. The improvement in ride quality after the work is amazing. Back to what is was when new.
I considered putting in AF RRS rear upper arms but was advised by my LR Indie to just replace the bushes in the original arms.

Any tricks on the sway bar bushes replacement before I attempt it? I’ve got the Meyle kits with connection arms sold by AF.

You’ll need to undo the front diff mount the get to the passenger side one in my experience. I support the diff, undo the three mount bolts then lever it out of the way to get to the bolts.

Unfortunately not. The Indie did the work.
