    That doesn't sound like the fault caused by the non-conducting diode which produces the motor open circuit fault, more like either a sticky motor or mechanism. Did you get any faults codes when this was happening?

    No fault codes on screen or via Nanocom. I assume by motor, you mean solenoid?

    Sorry, yes the solenoid. The motor is to raise and lower the knob.

    Sounds like an investment in a new solenoid my be in order.
