If this is also the case of the D3 then you could just fabricate a clutch pedal and use approriate size bushes up on the shaft.

My Jag was originally an auto and I fitted a Commodore clutch pedal to the housing with a couple of bushes bought from an engineering supply shop. Actually works well.

As others have said and you are finding, very few D3s were manual so finding what your want will be difficult. The D3 was a new fresh design so I doubt a P38 or a Defender box will fit but a clutch pedal from one may fit your D3 pedal box.

Just an alternative approach to consider.

Hi Gary cripesamighty suggested a defender clutch box and pedal,a stand alone box and pedal and I think it would fit. But i was looking on the computer and came across a wrecker in UK .He has in a petrol v8 manual and deisel manuals. I,m waiting on prices etc now. The reason [s] I was asking for D3 pedal box is I have a drawing from allbrit showing PEDAL BOX ASSEMBLY{MANUAL TRANSMISSION} {RANGE ROVER [D3] 1994-2001} I can only guess [D3] = Discovery 3. I think this is an attachment on another post.

The D3 V8 never came out in a manual.

"RANGE ROVER [D3] 1994-2001} I can only guess [D3] = Discovery 3. " D3 did not come out until very late 2004 - early 2005 so those years do not cover a D3. 1994-2001 - Those years cover the P38 Range Rover and have nothing to do with a D3.

I dont think you will end up with what you are after

So I am confused as to what you are trying to do? Are you trying to covert a D3 to manual or do you have some other project where someone has said to use a D3 pedal box - can you tell us what you are trying to achieve?

looking for manual D3 pedal box

As you have worked out John, the D3 reference was a bump steer just to cause confusion.

For some reason a few European part suppliers classified the Defender as A1-A2, Discovery as B1-B5, Freelander as C1-C2, Range Rover as D1-D6, Range Rover Sport as E1-E3, and Evoque as F1.

Good luck finding an alternative. Amazing how different the P38 pedal box is compared to the RRC/D1/D2.
