Glad you got out of it relatively unscathed. I'm impressed with the state of the vehicle. Parts crumpled that meant to, air bags did their job but I was amazed at the passenger shell looked largely intact with little crushing of the passenger shell.

They (D3/4) are insanely solid passenger cells.
I'm a simple man Tombie. I'm easily impressed. However, I've not seen any other images of D3/D4 collision results so not as widespread knowledge as others. I'm glad I drive one. Wouldn't mind seeing the pic you have sometime if you can find it.Quote:

I also remember seeing a pic where a MASSIVE tree had fallen onto a D3/4 - basically blew the wheels off it, but the body shell was still in tact.Quote:
