    D3 bonnet protector

    Folks,
    been chasing a replacement bonnet protector as mine (original LR Part) has broken in half and is glued and taped together. Looks rubbish.

    Can't seem to locate one, any clues?

    I'd wrap the bonnet before fitting one of those dicky protectors.

    I have had said dicky protector since new 2007 and I will be fitting another one if I can find one. I do not care for a wrap unless it has chicken and mayo!

    Didn't know you could still get these, although the bay site shows only 1 remaining.

    I still have the same one fitted that I painted the inside black years ago, and also have a brand new clear one still in its wrapping I bought a long time ago. It lived in the rafters of the shed in Kalgoorlie for years and is now tied up to the rafters of the shed here in Tassie. Haven't needed it yet, but Murphy's law says that if I get rid of it, I will soon need a new one and would have problems finding one.
