You change it when it’s due. If it’s not been changed then it’s overdue. You will only know that it should have been done when it snaps and destroys the engine. These are interference engines and pistons will hit the valves if the belt snaps.
So, if you have no evidence it’s been changed, the change it asap. If you have evidence, then change it at the next interval which is 7 years and around 170-180k km (someone will update with the exact details I’m sure).
