That's the part number we have been fitting & it's a local (not UK) bulletin.
Not many cars have needed it though.

You'd have to approach your dealer & I would imagine they'd need to get authority from Land Rover to fit the harness (because it should have been done on Pre Delivery or soon after).

If your local dealer is Trivetts in Parramatta, send me a PM me with your details.
