    Sorry, I didn't realise this thread was in the D3 zone .
    Touch wood, the air suspension has been pretty reliable so far in the D3.

    The D3 and RRS air suspension operate at around 300psi which is way above the 150psi of earlier Rangies and what Rovair use.

    I havent been able to find after market fittings rated for this higher pressure. I had assembled an emergency kit that got me home several times in my 93 LSE but 300psi in the D3 is a bit too high for me to play with.

    Only about 210 to 230 psi but it i stilla lot of pressure. Found out when developing the adjustable rod system, kept blowing lines.
