Gee, have you named it Roxxy by any chance :wasntme:

I've got one myself. Different model I'm sure but bloody expensive to run, temperamental and the navigation app is useless.
I've got the same thing fitted to the Mrs' car where it seems to work quite well except for the speed limiting app which must be wonky considering the speeding tickets she collects. Maybe she likes men in uniform:wasntme:
Most definitely, and of course there is the long-running argument one is better off renting devices for specific services as required. However my device would be unsuitable for your uses due to incompatible interfaces. There are other thoughts that occur but I'll leave it there. It also is apparent that some devices have even been configured to start useful threads about coffee cup holders on web forums.

Mwah ha ha
You guys crack me up!
I just worked out that if I see an avatar I have never seen before, there are two possibilities.
- It is a new member.
- FifiLámour has changed hers again.
Keep them coming. I love them.
Now, getting back to the serious business of cup holders rather than picking on our driving instructors.
The front cup holders in the D3 are a bit silly.
If you have your GPS or mobile charger plugged in & the have a longish plug on them (Navman) your travel mug (Arcosteel) will not quite fit with the handle angeled towards you.
It's fine if the handle is pointed directly back into the provided slot & fits firmly & securely (09YM) but with the handle that way it is all wrong for picking the cup up.
Only a small thing but surely some one drove around with a cup in the holder & a GPS plugged in before they released the car.
Maybe that's why they moved them on the D4?
Still LOVE the beast, just have to fumble about a bit to find my cup handle.

BTW My in car coffee maker has been broken for some time. Repairs are impossible but the mere mention of a replacement seems to cause further problems & it fails to carry out all sorts of functions.
Hi fraser130,
Be careful of flat batteries if waking it up at inopportune times.
Best Wishes,
Peter
PS: Fifi, I'm glad to have been of service. :BigThumb:
