Hi Stevecor
I am also looking at rear drawer systems. Have spoken to Tanami and they will do system for D3 but if you want low fridge with 2 drawers on side they prefer to install it themselves (as haven't done one I think).
Offroad Systems have similar design although fridge is enclosed and have photos of both 2 & 3 drawer versions in D3: OffRoad Systems
They can do either aluminium or steel and former saves around 20-30kg in weight. It is single piece base that attaches by turnbuckles (or bolts directly if you prefer) to tie down points. Rear seats can be left in place. Cost of Fridgepack 2 in aluminium is $2250. The photo on their site includes a full length Milford Cargo barrier. The fridgepack 2 is my preferred option at present but negotiating slightly narrow version (950mm instead of 1010mm) to allow access to side panels & extra 12v sockets.
Stevecor,
I played with the idea of built drawers, yes they look nice, but that comes at a cost. In the past I've bought the Outback drawers for other fourbys, no problem good quality etc etc. On my D3 I've built my own. Surprisingly cheap and even though I say so myself they look pretty neat. If I bought draewrs they were to high to get the lid of my 40 litre Engle open. With the ones I've built I can get the lid open far enough, I can get the wire basket out to clean the internals and with the bottom tailgate up I still have good access to the inside of the fridge. I bought two long plastic drawers with small plastic wheels on they work a treat. I had enough room in front of the drawers or the back of them if you look from the back to have access from the back seats I was able to put my first aid kit, my snatch strap and the HF radio unit in the gap behind the drawers.
Sound a bit confusing I know I'm sure you get the drift. I used 17mm marine ply with boat carpeting from Bunnings, I still also have easy access to the plastic panels at the back so I can get at the filter on the SE and also the jack on the right not that I ever use it. I'm not sure if you still have access with the manufactured drawers, I never fitted them. My total cost was around $100 and the job looks quite professional. Don't forget if you don't fit the dual wheel carrier getting access to the winch mechanism for the spare is difficult with drawers fitted, I would assume!! Again I don't know I didn't fit ready made units.
Hope this helps.
I have the Black Widows
Like Peterall said the have the LR feel, they have possibly been the best installed and quality mod I have done to the car so far
Mine cater for the beer, the mutt and all the recovery gear :)

G'day All,
After looking at most of the options for rear drawers I have decided to go with Black Widow (ordered them on Tue) and accept the weight, will just have to be more consious of what I put in the back:)
Thanks to everyone for thier replies.
