    Ironman Underbody protection

    Hi
Just wondered if anyone has fitted the Ironman underbody protection kit, as it's listed as fitting the RRS along with d3 and d4. But when I spoke to someone there I was told it didn't.

Also if anyone has it was it any good?

I had the full kit on a FJ Cruiser I used to have.
Was very impressed with it and gave me a full belly skid plate from the front to passed the transfer case.
I would say if it fits your model then go for it.

You're right it's listed and I've never been told it wouldn't fit. Tombie had it on his D4 and said it performed well. APT are also supposed to have a good product, and I've been told by Opposite Lock the Frontrunner D4 front/sump guard should fit the RRS. There's also the GOE stuff (and Gordon might be able to confirm if there's any under body difference between the same gen L319 and L320)
Now 2016 D4 HSE 'Leo' and Steve the Triumph Speed Twin
    Then 2010 D4 3.0 HSE 'James'
Then 2010 RRS TDV8 'Roger' w traxide DBS, UHF, Cooper Zeons, Superchips remap
    Then 2010 D4 TDV6 'Jumbo' w traxide DBS
    First love 2002 D2 TD5 'Disco Stu'

That's interesting about the FrontRunner plate when I spoke to the tey said it wouldn't. I think this is where the confusion lies, there's a lot of conflicting info.

OK after a bit more digging I decided to risk it and get the Britoart front bash plate from the disco 3. Worst case I could resell it to a disco owner.

Anyway it arrived the other day from LRDirect, so before fitting i lined it up to see if there would be any issues. All the holes seemed to be in the right place. So far so good. Removed the front splash guards and lined it up properly.

All good. I can confirm the Britpart guard does fit.

Yes, I have put it on my 2012 RRS. We did it over 1hr and had no issues.
