    2010 RRS TDV8 aircon issues.

Would someone point me in the right direction please. The aircon just stopped, simple as that.
Plenty of gas in the compressor and no obvious leaks at this stage. (used dye and glasses) The relay near the battery is working fine and the main fuse is OK.
    Q. Is there another fuse somewhere that might stop the compressor from firing up?
    Q. Is the aircon compressor on my TDV8 the same as any other model?
    Q. Can anyone supply me with or point me in the right direction with LR part numbers for TDV8 air con compressors?
Tomorrow I intend to take the protection covers off so as to have a good look at the compressor. I was hoping that someone might know the whereabouts of another fuse or relay. If I could find it I would bypass it and maybe try to hardstart the compressor.

    Regards.

Denso AC compressor has snapped clutch

Obviously not a real lot info out there re the a/c compressor. I have found that the clutch is broken. For some reason the computor that links into this aspect decided to shut down the power to the air con switch. I would have thought I might have seen a warning on the dash? Anyway I am sourcing a new Denso unit. My question for anyone able to guide me further,
    Q. Has anyone ever replaced the a/c compressor on a 3.6 TDV8 RRS? if so
    Q. How the bloody hell do you access it proper for removal and replacement?
I will be doing a fair bit of research over the next few days trying to figure it all out. If anyone has advice it would be really appreciated.

    2010 RRS TDV8 aircon issues.

Well I have answered both my questions.
No 1. I have replaced the denso unit on my 2010 RRS TDV8
No 2. I found out how to access it, remove it, replace it, regass it.
And at the end of the day I am shaking my head and trying to convince myself that this vehicle is worth it. What a nightmare. In hindsight I should have left the repair/replacement to a landrover specialist. (i didn't say a dealer) What were the designers thinking when they designed and developed this vehicle. The next question I am asking is not to the landrover family but to myself.
    Q. Is this vehicle worth keeping?

The tdv8 MY10 is a nice vehicle. I would fix it (if further Wk required). No question.
