I had to remove the pax side A pillar trim to refit the dash end. The driver's side went in with no problem.

The foam seal on the air vents had disintegrated so I used some left over seal from when I did the P38A and redid these.

Hi John, mine was the same hence the reason for pulling my finger out and doing it.

I bought the kit from PixelFix in Hungary Range Rover dead pixel repair DIY instrument cluster LCD, MID, radio unit. - LCD display pixel repair ribbon - instrument cluster OBC

It comes with a tool to grip the meter shafts so you can pull off the needles without destroying the meter movements. Check out YouTube for L322 pixel and you'll find several videos. At least one shows what happens if you try pulling the needles off without restraint the shaft.

They have videos on-line to view. The links and password are with the kit which has well illustrated instructions ( I can't give you the password, it seems to have expired)..

Note: before completely reassembiing the instrument panel, I tested it in the car just in case I had to move the LCD panel slightly to realign with the contacts on the ribbon cable. I didn't need to.
