It's under the top plastic cover on the engine, held in with in-hex bolts. Buy another from eBay uk, it's far cheaper than anyone over here. They are the same as a td4 freelander.
Did you change the pollen filter too?
If its your first service, it would pay to give the inside bottom of the fuel tank a clean. It's a painful dirty job, but great for piece of mind.
There are 2 large access holes under the carpet, below the rear seat. I got about 200mls of sludgey water out of mine. The inside liner of the tank is white, so it's easy to clean.
I think it may have been the reason the car had a new hp pump when I got it, and injectors were shot.

!. It's either been done before (but the layer of dust on the bung suggests not recently, or it's never had a bad batch of diesel through it.
