Many thanks for that, ended up buying a Dr Air for under $200, be interesting to see how it performs.

Just read the Air Compressor Write up from 4WD Action mag. in 2011 - where they rated the 150psi version of the Dr Air Pro as the best....! Where did you get it from Greg? I cant find it on line (at any store).

(EDIT: found PLENTY (!) on Ebay at $199)

I actually found it on eBay Chris, being sold by a store called Motoquipe Air Compressor Ac495 Pro Flow Dr Air Car 4X4 Off Road 150 Litre Per Minute 4wd Action Award - Haigh

Looks like they ship from either Adelaide or Perth. Don't buy it from their site though, it's actually cheaper on eBay, including shipping!

Good idea, the battery in the Vogue is pretty hard to get to.

definitely a good idea. They pull quite a few amps. I was hoping to put the ARB compressor under the bonnet somewhere but there's not much room with a TDV8.
