Thread: 2003 HSE 4.4 power upgrades

Has anyone upgraded the 4.4 BMW motor with a Turbo or Supercharger or fo that any other upgrades for more power.
It's done over 300,000klm's, and supose its starting to get a bit tired but still has no problems. But would like it to have a bit more punch.

Any exhaust upgrades worth doing, I have removed the front mufflers to try and free it up a bit and looking at replacing the big lump of a rear muffler to two smaller ones when I replace the system.

Got to be some way to get the BMW donk humming.
