Graeme, maybe you should go back to a D4! I've never notice any significant noise, certainly not annoying, with K02's on the D4.

I have offered the swap a few times.... hasn't worked yet!

I'm sure the lack of a separate chassis is the culprit as the L322 has box sections made with thin metal that are prone to resonating. The D5 may have similar deficiencies but perhaps the Disco engineers have tried a few sets of open-treaded tyres during development.
