I don't know if it would really be possible to draw a complete circuit diagram that's useful. With everything being controlled through ECU's, a physical diagram would not give the full picture - you need to understand the logic and intelligence of the ECU's as well.
For example you could look at a physical diagram of a computer motherboard, but that doesn't tell you anything about what is live when as controlled by software instructions via the CPU.
That's why there is separate diagrams for particular functions. In someways this make is more complicated, but in other ways it makes it much simpler. :)
Anyway, that probably doesn't help you much does it. :p
