On the L322 how does you foot catch it ? the IIdtool dongle sits up neatly in the OBD cubby hole, your foot shouldn't hit it unless your some sort of contortionist driving a car.

G'day Mario, not sure about yours but the OBD socket on the 08 L322 is above the accelerator pedal so when the hatch is open and IID Tool is in my right foot snags on it a bit. More of a nuisance than show stopper.

60CM OBD2 OBDII Extension Cable 16 Pin Male To Female Diagnostic Connector Cable | eBay

Another option, the flat cable tucks out of the way , I have mine coming out at the steering column I think it's the same as lrd 414 , it's good for most stuff except CCF changes as the thin cable gives some volt drop

My ScanGauge is plugged in all the time and I've never caught my foot on it. (Maybe the earlier L322 has it better placed than the 08 )

(I could make a comment about your profession here. )

Sorry, I am bad...just see the air suspension title. Mine is a sport and the connection is above the pedals....not the best place for leaving connected. Knocked it a few times whilst test driving.

But they can probably just email you the unlock code. (I know Bearmach have said they can just email it). Might be worth a try.
thanks, that a lot cheaper, now to make a decision
