Slipped liner may be
Hi Guys, am in need of some help have a 05 range rover v8 hse. In short for the past 3 years I am having to have my radiator replaced. Without fail within 6 months it springs a leak. Have had a pressure test done on heads came back fine, and had the blue dye done came back all clear from a diffrent mech. But my regular mech is 98% positive its the heads causing the leak. Is there anything else that could be causing it? Have no over heating problems and the car runs like a dream. Any help would be great! Thanks.
Slipped liner may be
have it checked for electric current running through the coolant,
cheers

ps seen a truck radiator bugger up in a fortnight because of the problem
Which engine? BMW M62 petrol?
If so, what rating is the coolant reservoir pressure cap? It should be a 140kPa cap. Look underneath it. Early cars had a 200kPa cap.
see the first thread (the sticky) in this section of the forum.

Change the pressure cap on the last radiator leak was a 180 changed it to 140 parts genuine from lnd rover. Also its a 4.4lt v8 petrol engine.
Also should mention the radiator place done an electolysis test done and that also came back ok.
2005 is the cusp btw 4.4 BMW and Jag motor. Original front or facelift, vertical reflector on side of tail light or no stripe?
