Tube length if you could assist please........
Hi There,
Can anyone tell me the length of the short piece of 12mm rubber tub1ng that connects the bottom of the plastic oil separator to the metal pipe that has a banjo connection onto the sump, I am guessing should be about 100mm or there abouts. If someone has got the actual size this would save me an awful lot of messing around.
Cheers Marty

Hi There,
So tonight I completed rebuilding everything I had taken apart which, unfortunately required the purchase of a new radiator into the bargain, Rimmers come good again.
So with the fuel filter replaced and the PCV assembly replaced, plus the two small rubber tubes the engine started up first hit as sweet as I have ever heard it. All the lumpiness has gone, the engine didn't die on start-up, revved freely no more backfiring in the inlet manifold, just perfect. Can't believe the difference that replacing those two pieces of tubing has had. Amazing no engine light appeared considering the problem.
Just thought I should close this one out. Thanks to all those who have inputted into diagnosing and the successful out come of this journey.
Cheers Marty.
