    They are too.

Dreaming here, but I wonder if we did a 'group buy in' and came up with the 'thousands of dollars' it takes to get something complaint, a company would be interested. I'd say if you turn up at a fab joint with 10-20k and a good story someone would take the bait.

No chance for anything under $70-80k
    It’s not commercially viable.

And look at your front axle weights - many L322 cannot run a bar as they will exceed the weight.

Do the series1 L322's have a different front axle loading/weight to the series 2&3 L322's (new engines/gearbox weights) ? As there a few running around with D3/D4 bullbars that obviously have been re-registered without problems, I know registration practices vary wildly State to State, but with the introduction of kerbside weighting of towing vehicles and there caravans/trailers, I have not heard of one being fined or defected.

    Bullbars for L322

Td6/V8 Max Front axle weight is 1,530kg
Stock it’s at 1,200kg kerb - only gives a small margin with passengers and barwork.

Likely find on the pull overs that they focus on GVM

A shonky testing station will pass anything for a carton Bullbars for L322
No bullbar from a Disco is legal on a Rangie

Yep, just because there are vehicles running around with Disco bars, it doesn't make them legal - it's all about your level of comfort for running non compliant stuff on your vehicle - it's all good until there's an accident so it's a roll of the dice IMO - similar to running large tyres and huge lifts - bet that 99% of those you see on all makes and models are not compliant.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

Yep, never understood the willingness to roll the dice. I worked hard for my house etc. Last thing I want is to lose it to pay a court case (civil or criminal). A little extra $$$ and an engineering report goes a long way.
