Hi guys,
Just to add my tuppence worth..

I've had my g/box serviced by Rhys at Brookvale every 20k's(his instructions) and he uses Valvoline Maxlife ATF.

Have done 90k's since he rebuilt mine and the box is still going good.

Yep; Regular service beats "Sealed for Life" which actually means "Sealed until failure"
