L322 Roof Rails and Cross Bars

Looking to get a set of rails and cross bars for my 2012 L322 tdv8.
I see there’s an originall set (CAB000040PMA) available for around $875 or an after market set that looks identical for around $500.
Anybody know if there’s a significant quality and/or load rating difference between the two?
Also. Is there a way of removing the integrated covers over the rail mounting points without having to break them off?
    Cheers.

I didn't break the covers on mine. They are folded out of the way and the rack feet hide them.

    Thanks Ron
Do you have the full track rail system that make the cross bars adjustable, or just the sports bars (or other after market bars) that fit directly to the mounting points? I might be wrong, but the track rails seem to be a bit wide to fit without removing the covers.

Sorry, don't have rails, my Rhino system screws into the threaded holes in the roof.
