Fuse 41P supplies just the the telephone module with power.
Thanks Graeme, I am sure I had checked that some time back when I first started to Investigate, however wouldn't hurt to take a look again..
If not blown then the next step is to check for power and earth at the module's connector.
Have you been able to confirm that BT is enabled? While Faultmate noted that 100% of the model were built with the phone module fitted, only 98.7% had BT enabled. Are the steering wheel phone buttons fitted?
Yes phone buttons on wheel, BT must be disabled as my ph can't find anything . It will connect with any other BT device , so must be the car... it's no biggy as I don't really want to have the phone available ALL the time..😊, I do need a break from the cursed thing from time to time... It just irks me that the feature isn't working...
But you might miss calls when you're enjoying a quiet day out!
If BT is disabled then perhaps BT was disabled when built and meant to be enabled by the dealer to reduce battery drain in transit to Oz. My D2a was still in transport mode when I went to collect it and the centre diff lock was also engaged!
Finally a phone resolution! Turned out I hadn't dug deep enough into the configuration for the phone, there are many many options, mine was set at BT and Mobile phone in docking station, which my car doesn't have.. set for mobile and BT and presto, all is good!!
