This is literally the perfect setup. I’ve been toying with this for my 2005 MOST for some time.
Finished this off today, 2003 L322, was originally with the MID radio.
10.25" widescreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, reverse camera & i-Bus App
This was a "BMW" unit but works fine in the 2002-2004 models, with an additional MOST-AUX box & some custom wiring I reckon I could get it working in the later models too.

What was the brand of that one Cambo? There’s a few floating around.
There was a guy that did a pretty rad install over on FFRR forum recently. For the life of me I can’t find the post again though.

I don't think it's a particular brand, but the seller I bought it from is "Owtosin" on Aliexpress.
Just remember they are not designed to work in a 2005-2009 straight out of the box, it'll be quite a job.
Cool. The i-Bus App can run the DSP amp no problem (I did this on the last one with DSP) and you need an extension cable to run from the screen location to the radio in the boot.
And last time I had to make a new antenna cable too because there wasn't one in the supplied extensions cable...

The photos on Ali show the later car, some are 06-09, some are >10. However, the interface to the rest of the car is quite different, so I doubt a single product will span the 3 models with out significant extras - like a fibre adapter box.
This is why I haven't done it yet. I did find a listing on Ali that specifically had photo of the fibre connector.
Questions for Cambo:
1. did this unit have a fibre connector?
2. did iBus App need a USB to serial adapter connected to the iBus or does it have it built in now?
