Raised it with them and they basically told me to go away (i did in fact have support confirm the correct fitment as they upgraded me to the slotted variety at my request post order).

It is stated in our returns policy that there is a 30-day window for return requests, and that the products must be returned in brand new condition. Your product has now been fitted and used for an extended period.

You did not request a parts checker to confirm correct fitment for your vehicle prior to placing your order. Or contact us regarding the incorrect fitment within the 30-day window. Hence, we cannot assist you further with this issue.

The rotors changed at vin 6A000001, yours is a 2005 model according to your profile maybe there the mix up . the hand brake shoes are the same.
