    Alarm going off randomly

The blasted car alarm went of at 04:15 on Thursday. I went out and couldn't see why so I unlocked the car and relocked (with the keyfob).

On Friday morning I noticed the Garmin GPS had become detached from the screen and fallen down. Aha! The car must have sensed the air movement and set off the alarm.

Last night at about 7:30pm, the alarm went off again. So I went out and the GPS was still firmly attached to the screen. Bugger. I unlocked/relocked the car. All good.

I went back inside and not more than 5 minutes later the alarm went off again! So out I went again. Nope, the GPS was still on the screen.

However, when the alarm goes off, the interior lights come on. This time I saw the culprit. There was moth flying about inside. Some fly-spray soon ended his little foray into alarming.

I had similar problems when camping with the P38A except it was the fridge turning on with its fans disturbing the air in the car. With the P38A, one presses the fob lock button twice to disable the sensing, ditto the L322.

What condition is the battery in?
I've only had my L322 a few weeks, but a week after I bought it, the alarm played silly buggers then one night the radiator fans went haywire on their own, car was dead flat in the morning, seems the battery dropped a cell. New battery (expensive bugger and in a **** spot) and all has been good.
I assume like most modern cars, these rigs are very voltage sensitive.

The battery is a couple of years old but the alarm hasn’t returned after killing the moth.

Yes, the cars are voltage sensitive.
