That is one ugly car but then so are all versions with this basic body shape. The last decent full size RR was the P38, the L322 is ugly and the later models fugly.

Dare I say, the Ineos Grenadier might well be the 21st century reincarnation of the original Rangie in terms of capability, comfort and function!
It's getting pretty desperate when not only is the Grenadier (prototype only so far) the Defender reincarnate but also a Classic Range Rover reborn!

Front on it looks the same to me. The back is so-so, but are the twin shark fins for stability?

Holding out for the Grenadier to replace my D4 when the time comes. Can't bring myself to consider the D5 and after years of waiting for the new Defender, I found cargo space in the 110 is too small.
Until then I'll just keep replacing bits on my D4 as they wear out.

Been watching a few video's of the new L460 . Looks sooo Smooth as opposed to the L405 it replaces
Glad to see they have brought back a gear lever instead of a knob.
Didn't think much of the rear end until I actually saw it in operation. It will grow on me . Will I buy one . No just can't afford one. Well I could at the moment BUT.
Yes a long way from the original 2 door classic in 1970 . But for those that are game to take $300,000 car off road I'm sure it will go just as far off the beaten track. Especially with all its gadgets
