    Retro Fit Intelligent Seat Fold

    HI Guys,

I am very fortunate enough to be driving around in the new disco however I skimped out on getting the intelligent seat fold. I would like to retrofit it. The salesman said that they can't do it. I would like to know from you guys if thats true. All the seats are electric so i am half way there.

I have only had it a few days now but absolutely love it. I will take some pics over the weekend to post.

    Lee

Hey Lee, I think that makes you the first D5 owner to post on AULRO. Looking forward to hearing more about your experiences.

Are you willing to share the last 8 characters of your VIN so we can look up your build in TOPIX?

The D5 is only supported by the Pathfinder DOIP diagnostic tool at the moment, nothing aftermarket can work with it. No support in SDD either.

I have a DOIP on the way but I don't expect to be up and running until September..

Thanks TB now the fun begins in learning how to use it. This is my first Land Rover.

Cambo - Thank you for the update. I am reading things like Global Closing is Disabled to that could be enabled using these devices. Again all new to me.

If you ever go to Williamstown, my coffee is better than the cafes here

We have a good view of the beach ( If you don't mind a step ladder on the roof!)

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

You should be able to turn on/off Global open & Global close via menu with the steering wheel switches.

    Hi sniegy,

You can enable/disable Global Opening But Not Global Closing. Global Opening opens the car and puts all the windows down. But you can't do the opposite. Maybe some legal thing but kinda sux.
