I've seen it before but not on one of my cars. In that case it was due to this.
So tonight after having the car locked for at least 4 hours. Returned, put stuff in the boot, wife opened the right hand rear door and put hand bag in the back. Door would not latch shut. I had to hold the bastard shut the 20km home. Held door shut and tried to lock and unlock but no luck. Nothing obvious and can hear actuator locking and unlocking. Auto lock still works as we drove and not until the inside handle is pulled does the rest of the locks open. Off to dealer (sigh) to see what reaction is. Car is 34,000 km D5 td6 hse. Anyone else have a similar problem

Yep, I agree Ron, I've had the same thing happen long ago on another car. It happens when someones finger or the like rolls the latch to the closed position by accident. Very easy to fix. Good find on the video!
