Bit of a step up from the D3 & camper trailer Gordon! Will you be bringing that rig to Brisbane as well?

On my way over for the Adelaide training day. The new Sport manages the 3.5 T caravan a little better than the old one. Hopefully it'll make a good account of itself on the tracks!
Cheers

Nice. The new RRS interior looks a little bigger, from a very quick look at the dealer.

Gordon, do the 18's (Comp) from your old RRS fit the new car? I assume you are using the 20's given the amount of bitumen driving on the trip?
Hmm, 225kw and 700nm from the SD6....me thinks the V8's days are numbered!
cheers

No, the current 18's don't fit. I'm modifying a rim to see if it's possible.

380mm front discs I assume? Well, I hope you find a way as that will mean 18's for me too on the MY12 Vogue!!!
I'm assuming the below Land Rover Specification Sheet is a misprint: it indicates the SDV8 has 350mm front discs (which 18's would fit over). RRS SDV6 (225kw / 700nm) has 380mm fronts. Vogue SDV6 (190kw/600nm) has 350mm discs (odd) and Vogue SDV8 has 380mm...strange.

Should have a yay or nay after Christmas for 18s on the SDV6.

OK, great!

The SDV6 disks are approx the same, but the calliper design and mounting is different, meaning that the point of maximum internal diameter is different. The spiggot hole is also a different size, so a redesign of the rims going to be required (and won't be common with the PD1881 for the D4).
Cheers
